The service

Wrap It All turns the data you downloaded from your apps (chats, listening, viewing) into pages to look at and share. The service is offered by Alessandro Sinico, free of charge, “as is” and “as available”.

Account

To upload files you need an account, for people aged 14 or over. You are responsible for what happens with your account and your mailbox. You can delete the account at any time from the profile.

The data you upload

You are responsible for the files and chats you upload. Upload only data you have the right to use: your own exports, or chats you are part of. Chats contain messages from other people: share the Wrap only with people who are in the chat and respect those who prefer not to appear (you can exclude people, hide pages and replace names).

We do not upload your files or save your chats. How we handle other data is explained in the privacy notice.

Allowed use

You may not use the service to:

• violate the rights or the privacy of other people, or spread their data against their will;
• harass, threaten or discriminate;
• get around the usage limits, upload unlawful content or try to damage the service or reach other people’s data.

AI mode and its limits

AI mode is optional and needs your consent every time. The texts are written by a model: they may contain mistakes, jokes that miss or wrong readings, and the result can change at every generation. Check the Wrap before sharing it; quotes are always real texts from the chat, numbers always come from the calculations on your device.

The AI has usage limits per person (today 3 AI Wraps and 30 page regenerations a day) and an overall monthly spending cap: when they are reached or the provider does not answer we offer Local mode, which does not use the AI and makes the same Wrap with the catalog texts.

History

Saved Wraps stay 90 days, up to 10. When you save one past the limit the oldest is deleted, after a warning. Download a copy if you want to keep it longer.

No warranty and liability

The service is a project offered without any warranty of availability, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose; it can change, be suspended or stop. To the extent the law allows, the controller is not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data caused by the use of the service. The rights the law does not let you give up (for example those of consumers) and the liability that cannot be excluded remain.

Trademarks and non-affiliation

Wrap It All is not affiliated with Meta, Telegram, Spotify, Google, Netflix or Amazon. The names of the apps are used only to say which services the data comes from. Trademarks belong to their owners.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells which version is in force. Italian law applies, except for the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country. For questions write to [email protected].
